There’s an opportunity to join the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) Family Law Legal Panel.
MCCSS are seeking applications from qualified lawyers to join the provincewide panel of lawyers providing legal services on behalf of the Ministry.
Each year, MCCSS counsel and the panel of lawyers appear in courts across the province in response to family law Motions to Change and in related proceedings with respect to assignments made by support recipients.
We have sent out the details to all WLMP Lawyer Members in an email with the details. So check your email and just in case, your spam folder.
