The Women’s Legal Mentorship Program (WLMP) is dedicated to increasing the number of self-identified women, non-binary, gender nonconforming, LGBTQI2+ and racialized persons within the legal profession. By working to remove barriers and open doors to the possibilities. 

Whether you’re a lawyer, law firm, articling student or law student, you can get involved.

• Become a member of the WLMP.

• Connect with other WLMP members through our online mentoring circles. 

• Join the WLMP National Student Program.

• Advocate Starting a Chapter in your law school or become an affiliate.

• Become a Partner for Change by sponsoring a WLMP webinar.

• Donate through the WLMP Partner for Change program.

• Volunteer to lead as WLMP leadership and professional development webinar or join the WLMP Members Speaker’s Bureau.

• Invite a WLMP Mentoring Ambassador or WLMP National Student Program Leader to speak about the WLMP mentoring program, professional mentorship, leadership and equity.

• Get your law firm involved in supporting the WLMP Certification Program.
